Quick, Easy and Cheap DIY 4th of July Decoration

This is a super Quick, Easy and Cheap DIY 4th of July Decoration I recently did for a post over on 4th of July Fruit Juice Splash using Kool-Aid. It was so pretty with all of it’s red, white and blue layers!  Tasty too! I needed some fun but EASY little decorations for my table for the 4th of July AND, so I created this super quick 4th of July decoration.  

I loved how this turned out with such little time and effort. Umm that’s my kind of craft! 

Quick, Easy and Cheap DIY 4th of July Decoration

Supplies:

• Rice
• Food Coloring any kind
• Bowl
• Vase
• Flag

Instructions:

Put the desired amount of white rice in a bowl…

Put a few drops of whatever color you would like into the rice (if you want darker..add more food color)

Then stir.  

Do this for each color. 

Fill your vase with rice with each color by layering. Use whatever order of color you like.
